I first developed an interest in Reflexology after receiving treatments in 2005 and as result, I believe this positively affected my sub-fertility.

After over 26 years working as an administrator in the NHS, I took a leap of faith and decided to re-train in Reflexology, obtaining a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology for Wellbeing in 2022.

I take regular post graduate CPD training courses and I am qualified in:

• Hot Stone Reflexology

• Reflexology for Menopause

• Functional Reflex Therapy (FRT)
