Say Hello to Cheri

Since 2013 I've been in private practice, specialising in Clinical and Advanced Hypnotherapy. I work with clients to create meaningful change, whether that’s shifting unwanted habits, navigating difficult transitions, or reconnecting with a more confident, aligned version of themselves.

At the heart of my work is hypnotherapy, a safe and effective clinical practice, supported by additional training in NLP, Collaborative Counselling, and Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT). These approaches are used flexibly, depending on what best supports you. Sessions include time to talk and explore what’s happening beneath the surface, as well as the use of practical tools.

Some clients come to me ready to change something that no longer feels right. Others arrive unsure of what they need, just aware that they feel stuck. Whatever brings you to therapy, I offer a steady, non-judgemental space to better understand what’s holding you back and to find a way forward that feels right for you.

I hold both the Diploma in Clinical and Advanced Hypnotherapy and the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD). The HPD is accredited by theNational Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and externally validated by NCFE, and is widely regarded as the gold standard in hypnotherapy training.

Alongside my hypnotherapy practice, I’m a qualified Nutritional Therapist with over 20 years’ experience supporting people managing long-term health conditions, challenges with digestion or food sensitivity, and those seeking support around emotional or disordered eating and body image. I offer one-to-one consultations and small group sessions focused on building a healthier, more conscious relationship with nourishment and self-care.

Where appropriate, I combine hypnotherapy and nutritional support to offer a truly integrated mind-body approach to wellbeing, this can be particularly helpful for IBS, weight balance, and the management of chronic health conditions such as CFS and Long Covid.
