Ant is a qualified osteopath with three years of hands-on experience, specialising in musculoskeletal health and injury rehabilitation.

He currently serves as Head of Medical at Hornets Rugby Club, where he leads a multidisciplinary team to support player performance and recovery. Ant has recently expanded his expertise to the elite level, contributing to the medical support team for Team GB.
